CASE STUDY · SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Dimensions Social Media Portfolio.
A Balance Between Creativity & Leads.

A consolidated Dimensions Digital case study

We don’t treat social media as a monthly exercise in filling content calendars. We use different platforms for different business outcomes — from creating demand and generating enquiries to building B2B authority and supporting search visibility.

THE CONTEXT

Social media should do more than keep a brand active.

Different businesses need different outcomes from social media. A homestay needs aspiration. A spare-parts dealer needs enquiries. An exporter needs authority. An industrial manufacturer needs technical visibility.

Our role is to identify that objective first, then build the creative format, platform strategy and campaign around it.

We start with the business objective — not with a template.

OUR APPROACH

Creative thinking, channel fit and measurable action.

The execution changes from client to client. The underlying logic does not.

01

Make It Noticeable

Turn available brand assets into content people will stop for.

02

Choose The Right Channel

Use each platform for the job it is best positioned to perform.

03

Connect It To Business

Move from views and reach toward enquiries, authority or discoverability.

OUR CLIENTS & EXPERTISE

Tailored strategies for distinct industry goals.

Every brand requires tailored channel execution matching its target audience and domain visual style.

Pine & Peace

HOSPITALITY · META

Creating demand when premium visual assets were limited.

The property was attractive. The available photographs were not always ad-ready.

Instead of treating that as a limitation, we polished the client’s original images with AI and transformed them into attention-worthy reels. The objective was not to manufacture a different property, but to present the real property more effectively on a visual-first platform.

Those reels became campaign assets for Meta advertising, helping Pine & Peace generate both engagement and booking enquiries.

EXCAVATOR SPARES · META

Turning social media into a lead-generation channel.

The brief was explicit: this could not be only a branding exercise.

We combined product-led brand communication with performance advertising. Click-to-WhatsApp ads created a direct route from discovery to conversation, while structured Meta forms helped capture the buyer’s requirement before the sales team made the first call.

For a specialised B2B product category, that meant social media was no longer only a visibility channel. It became a customer-acquisition channel.

Ghosh Exports

INDUSTRIAL WORKWEAR · LINKEDIN

Building authority without looking like another generic B2B feed.

For Ghosh Exports, credibility mattered as much as reach.

We deliberately moved away from generic product graphics and created LinkedIn-first communication with something specific to say to industry professionals. The creative direction was designed to position the company as an informed manufacturer and exporter, not merely another supplier posting catalogue visuals.

That organic authority-building approach was supported with LinkedIn advertising to put the brand in front of a relevant professional audience.

Tempcon

INDUSTRIAL COOLING · YOUTUBE

Using YouTube as more than a social media channel.

YouTube can support social communication and organic visibility at the same time.

For industrial cooling company Tempcon, we created presentation-style videos around products and technical solutions. The format makes complex information easier to consume while giving the company an additional video asset within the Google ecosystem.

The strategy connects social media execution with the wider SEO programme instead of treating YouTube as an isolated channel.

THE TAKEAWAY

Different platforms. Different objectives. One principle.

01

Creativity must solve a constraint.

Pine & Peace shows that limited source assets do not have to result in forgettable social content.

02

Performance must create action.

Jaggi Earthmovers demonstrates how Meta can move specialised buyers from discovery to qualified conversations.

03

Channel choice must fit the business.

LinkedIn builds B2B authority. YouTube can extend technical content into searchable organic assets.

What should social media do for your business?

Build visibility. Generate leads. Build authority. Or do all three with the right channel mix.
